For new students to yoga or existing students of any style of yoga wishing to focus and alignment and understanding the fundamental of yoga posture.
For students who have done at least one beginners course but are not yet ready to transition to general classes.
This is mixed ability class for experienced students those who have done a beginners course(s).
In this type of class all students are encouraged to work to their own ability with beginners learning from the experienced and experienced students are supported to go further in their poses.
These are small private classes at my studio in Earlsfiled. Regular students can come and do deeper work on poses, work on problem areas, or just enjoy a class at the classical length of two hours.
It is best not to eat for at least 3-4 hours before class if you have a large meal or 2-3 hours if a light meal.
Tip : Do not drink soup less than 3 hours before a class.
All venues provide traditional Iyengar yoga equipment. The studio in Tooting has the most comprehensive range of equipment. It is a dedicated Iyengar studio.
For those attending at Kew, Please bring your own mat.
