I am a professional Iyengar Certified Teacher for over 30 years. I am passionate about yoga I love what I do and I do what I love.

After many years of searching for a teacher I discovered Iyengar Yoga in London in 1987. I was lucky enough to attend classes with Silva, Mira and Shyam Mehta, the family that set up the first Iyengar Yoga Institute in the UK, also the authors of ‘Yoga, The Iyengar Way’.

  • The technical approach to Iyengar Yoga positions are that they deliver significant, health and wellbeing therapeutic benefits.
  • Understanding body alignment and the use of yoga equipment, where appropriate, is key to the Iyengar Approach.
  • Each session brings relief to the mind, the body and the soul.
  • Men only classes are available upon request at my studio in Earlsfield.  Places are limited to a maximum of 5.   
  • I also offer classes at Pools on the Park Leisure Centre in Richmond and St Luke’s Church in Kew.
